Hi, my name is Beth Ann Dice and I’m inviting you to the most effective 6 months of fitness and nutrition you’ve ever experienced, specifically designed for high achieving women over 40.

After spending 20+ years in the corporate sector, I know firsthand what it looks like to succeed professionally while quietly placing your own wellness last—despite ongoing health challenges.

For years, I followed the same pattern so many high-achieving women do: pushing through, powering on, and assuming my body would eventually “catch up.” It didn’t.

That experience reshaped how I approach wellness—and why, for the past decade, I’ve helped women like you move beyond the hard-core exercise and restrictive diet mentality to create results that are not only meaningful, but sustainable.

What happens after 6 months? 

Throughout the program, we will meet privately to review your progress to ensure that we are working together to help you meet or exceed your goals--we may even find we need to set new goals! As we approach the 6 month mark, we will meet privately again to decide together if it makes sense to move into the next phase of the program, or if a new program is best suited for you to achieve those goals-even if that means a different gym!

Yes. If you show up and do the work inside of this program and still don’t get results like the 500+ other clients who have, you’ll receive unlimited coaching until you hit the goals we agreed on in the beginning of your program.
